As a parent of three growing children, family photography holds a special place in my heart! My own photographs of my growing family are my most prized possession, they are absolutely irreplaceable, especially the rare few pictures that I am actually in too. I completely understand how daunting it can be to plan a photography session with children involved - will they co-operate? Will they be cranky by golden hour? Will I look my best if Im not feeling especially body confident? Will this whole thing just be an epic waste of time and money??? The answer to those questions is: No, they probably won’t co-operate (if my kids are anything to go by!), but we will play and laugh and it won’t matter in the least. Even though many kids will normally be grumpy by late afternoon or evening, in my experience, the novelty of a fun and exciting beach trip will be enough to counteract the bedtime crankiness. For mums, I have a carefully curated client wardrobe which you can borrow from. Get your hair done, get some makeup or lashes done, throw on a gorgeous dress from my closet and we will celebrate YOU, your love for your family, and it will be BEAUTIFUL. Capturing these pictures will be the best spent time and money, you will never regret capturing this precious moment in time.
