Its progress, people!!

Getting the image right in camera is key to a great finished product - when I first started newborn and family photo shoots I trusted a lot of the auto settings on my camera, I could see pretty light but didnt know how to make it work for me and I was unsure about posing parents, siblings, families.

And while I have upgraded my gear over the years, the biggest investment I have made (and will continue to make) is in education.

I want to get better with every single session, serve my clients better, make more beautiful images.

The top two pictures are a before and after from a recent newborn photo session with Emma, Elodie and Josh. Below is a set from a lifestyle newborn session with one of my favourite clients Claire and baby Piper from 2 years ago.
